How long will delivery take?

Standard international delivery usually takes 10-20 working days after dispatch. Faster paid options are shown at checkout where available for your destination.

Can I return lingerie or sleepwear?

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and any hygiene seal or liner intact.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn intimate items cannot be returned. Hosiery, bodystockings, panties, adhesive items, opened accessories, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Who pays return shipping?

For size changes, preference changes, or unwanted items, the customer pays return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refundable. Use a tracked return service.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will help with a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Check the size notes on each product page. Many pieces are delicate styling garments, so choose the size that lets straps, lace, and hardware sit flat without digging in.
