Refund & Returns Policy

1. Hygiene & Intimate Items — Final Sale

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for:

Lingerie, bodysuits, and body stockings
Underwear and intimate apparel
Hosiery and similar items

These items cannot be returned or refunded once the sealed packaging is opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Eligible Returns (Non-Intimate Items)

Non-intimate accessories, bondage hardware, and decor items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

Item is unused and in original packaging
Sealed tags are still attached
You have a valid order number

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@after-dark-studio.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including original shipping.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
