Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and any hygiene seal or liner intact. Items with perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, damage, removed tags, removed hygiene seals, or signs of wear may be refused.

Intimate Items & Hygiene

Because we sell intimate apparel, opened or worn intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Hosiery, bodystockings, panties, adhesive items, opened accessories, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For size changes, preference changes, or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error. We recommend using a tracked return service.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item name, a short description, and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will help with a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be possible for eligible items that remain sealed, unworn, and in original condition. Exchange availability depends on stock and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import fees are not refundable by After Dark Studio unless required by applicable law.
