Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

Standard (HK domestic): 2–4 business days — HKD 30 / free over HKD 500
Express (HK domestic): 1–2 business days — HKD 80
International Standard: 7–14 business days — calculated at checkout
International Express: 3–5 business days — calculated at checkout

3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The return address shows our logistics partner, not "After Dark Studio." Product names are not listed on the outer packaging or customs forms (for international orders).

4. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, contact us at hello@after-dark-studio.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot change addresses once the package has shipped.
